In practice for more than 12 years, John has focused on real estate, business and estate planning transactions and associated litigation.
Guidance to real estate clients spans a broad range of transactional experience from single family residential properties to multiple lot commercial developments. His business practice involves counseling clients from business startup through sale. Estate planning services include guidance to clients in planning for their and their loved one’s current and future physical and material needs.
John's litigation practice includes all manner of commercial disputes as counsel to business owners and individuals in pursuit of or defending claims involving: breaches of contract, mechanics liens, ownership of real and personal property and evictions. As counsel to trustees, he assists them with trust administration and litigated trust matters. He also represents estate representatives in the probating of wills and the administration of estates without wills. Assistance is available for pre-suit settlements through judgment collections.
